Yesterday afternoon entailed the second contest for party nominations in the race for President of the United States.
On the Republican side, Donald J. Trump won the New Hampshire Primary with 85% of the Republican vote. On the Democratic side, there were a clear top three with Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg finding themselves neck to neck once again. Bernie Sanders got 25% of the Democratic vote, Pete Buttigieg got 24% and Amy Klobuchar came in third with 19%.
Andrew Yang decided to leave the race for the nomination after seeing results, and Joe Biden decided not to attend his own New Hampshire rally and instead fly straight to South Carolina. The next Presidential Primary takes place on February 29th in South Carolina.
